Record Breaking
Agility Entries at Upcoming 2011 National
Who would guess during a struggling economy that we would be reporting
RECORD-BREAKING entries? The 2011 GSCA Agility Trial has over
60 runs entered so far and we still have a long time until the closing
date of May 18, 2011. The response has been so strong
that we increased the entry limit to 330 which is the maximum an AKC
judge is allowed to review in a day. Send in your entries!!!
Standard, Jumpers With Weaves and FAST will be offered.
The revised premium
reflecting the 330 run limit is available on the GSCA
National 2011 website.
The trial was originally limited to 60 runs due to the pricing of
the building and agility trial software. The committee wanted to
hold agility but needed to keep expenses in check. Because a GSCA
trial has never reached 60 runs, it seemed like a safe bet. In
2010 there were 29 runs and in 2008 there were 34 runs. 2011 will be
a record breaking year!!!
