WHO: Enter Gordons 7 years of age and older
FEE: Entry cost will be $18
Veteran Sweepstakes will kick-off the conformation events of this year’s 25th Anniversary National and what a moving experience it will be! A lone bagpiper will greet all in attendance with Mrs. Bev Andersen having the honor of judging our eldest Gordons. Each entrant will receive a commemorative Armetale medallion with the “Woof of Dairy Air” logo imprinted on the front. These beautiful medallions have been donated by Mr. Robert Schmidt, Schofield Gordons, from Las Vegas, Nevada. Thank you, Robert!
A cash bar will be available before, during, and after judging with hot and cold hors d’oeuvres served upon the completion of judging. The Silent Auction and Raffle will also open at this time.
To add to the ambience of the evening, a lighted “Tribute Tree” will be on display in the OlympiaCenter. This is your opportunity to partake in a tribute to that special dog or individual who has touched your life. Life-sized wooden leaves may be purchased for $6 and will be prepared to reflect your caring thoughts (see example below). Your tribute will also be listed in the show catalog. These heartfelt keepsakes are yours to take with you upon completion of the National.
